HTP Gemstones offers a very transparent and simple 10 Days Return & Replacement Policy.
Conditions to be eligible for Returns & Replacement:
1. Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
2. Replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by the HTP Gemstones team.
3. Damages due to neglect, mishandling, or improper usage will not be covered.
4. Product must be returned with:
- Original Product Certificate
- Original/Copy of Invoice
- Packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.
Return Policy on Loose Gemstones:
- Invoice value up to INR 49,999 (approx. USD 769): Eligible for 100% Money Back within 10 days (if conditions are met).
- Invoice value INR 50,000 (approx. USD 770) and above: Eligible for Replacement or 100% Store Credit within 10 days.
Return Policy on Gemstone Jewellery & Customized Jewellery:
- Any custom-made jewellery (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) cannot be returned for money.
- However, you can request Store Credit worth 75% of your invoice value within 10 days, which can be used for future purchases at HTP Gemstones.
Important Notes:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipment costs must be borne by the customer.
- Any paid lab certificate (in addition to the free one provided) will not be refunded.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the product. Banks/credit card companies may take another week to reflect the refund in your account.

1. When does the 10-Day Return Period start?
The 10-Day period starts from the date of delivery as confirmed by our courier records.
2. I bought 2 gemstones but only want to keep one. Can I return the other?
Yes. Under our no-questions-asked policy, you can return the other gemstone within the 10-day period (subject to conditions).
3. I lost the lab certificate/packaging. Can I still return the gemstone?
The 100% Money Back Guarantee requires the original certificate, invoice, packaging, and documentation. If any of these are missing, you may still be eligible for partial replacement or store credit. Please contact our support team for assistance.
4. Can I return a gemstone after it has been mounted in jewellery?
Custom jewellery cannot be returned for money. However, you are eligible for a Store Credit of 75% of the invoice value.
5. How should I return a gemstone?
- Contact our Customer Support to get a Return Authorization.
- Ensure you include all original items (certificate, invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.).
- Pack carefully and ship only through a reputed courier with insurance . Share the tracking details with us.
- We recommend using DTDC Plus for safe and priority delivery in major cities.
- Check with the courier about restrictions on shipping jewellery. Some customers have shipped items by declaring them as “Artificial Jewellery” or “Astrological Product” (at their own risk).
Important: Do not write “HTPGEMSTONES.COM”, or “gemstones”, or “jewellery” related words on the package to avoid theft or undue attention.
