Shipping within India

• Free Shipping is available on all orders above INR 10,000
• For orders below INR 10,000 , a nominal shipping fee of INR 500 will be charged

International Shipping

• Free Shipping: Orders above USD 2500 are eligible for free express shipping .
• Flat Shipping Fee: Orders below USD 2500 will be charged a flat rate of USD 100.
• Trusted Carriers: All international shipments are handled by reputed courier partners such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, and Sequel .
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 working days, depending on the destination.
• Tracking Facility: Every shipment comes with a tracking number to monitor delivery progress in real-time.
• Secure Packaging: All parcels are securely packed to ensure the products reach safely and in perfect condition.
• For some countries like Belgium, if the order value is above INR 40,000 (approx. USD 540), shipping charges of INR 8000 (approx. USD 110 ) will apply.

EMS & Country-Specific Shipping

• EMS Speed Post shipping facility: Available in over 200 countries/territories including the USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Nepal, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, and more .
• Delivery time: For EMS is 9–15 business days (trackable in most regions).
• Alternate shipping: In case certain courier companies have restrictions (e.g., FedEx not carrying specific gemstones or Aramex not shipping gold jewellery), we ship through alternate providers such as EMS or other reputed couriers.

Shipping within India

1. What does “Days to Dispatch” mean?

This is the time we take to prepare your order before handing it over to the courier. It depends on the product:

• Loose gemstone: 1–2 days
• Gemstone studded in jewelry: 4–5 days
• Orders with additional lab certification: longer processing time

2. How long does delivery take in India?

• Metro Cities: Next Day – 3 Days after dispatch
• Non-Metros: 2 – 7 Days after dispatch

3. Is my shipment safe?

Yes. All shipments are packed in durable, tamper-proof packaging and insured at no extra cost.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email to monitor your shipment online.

5. Are there any hidden charges?

No. The price you see at checkout is final. Any octroi or local taxes are borne by us.

International Shipping

1. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to 100+ countries worldwide – from the USA to Japan, and across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

2. Do you offer Free Shipping internationally?

Yes, we provide Free Express Shipping worldwide on orders above USD 2500.

3. Are there restrictions on shipping certain gemstones?

Yes. Some couriers restrict shipping of certain natural gemstones or gold jewelry. In such cases, we ship via EMS Speed Post or alternative couriers.

4. What about Customs Duties, VAT, or Taxes?

These charges vary by country and are payable by the buyer. Currently, no import duty applies on loose gemstones in the US, Canada, and Europe. In other regions, duties are typically around 1%.

6. What if I refuse or cancel my order after dispatch?

In such cases, the customer will bear all customs, VAT, and return costs. Refunds will be processed only after receiving the returned item, deducting applicable charges.

7. Is my shipment safe?

Yes. All international shipments are packed securely, insured, and sent through reliable logistics providers.

8. Can I track my international shipment?

Yes, all Express Shipments are trackable. Postal shipments may have limited or delayed tracking in certain countries.

9. Do I need to provide an ID for delivery?

For high-value shipments, some countries may require valid identification (Tax ID, Social Security Number, etc.) for customs clearance.

10. Are there gemstones not shipped outside India?

Yes, Amber and Ammolite are not shipped internationally.
